SpencerMicro was founded in 2011 by Sean Spencer, building on over 35 years of hands-on IT experience. We provide IT support and computer services to businesses and home users across Towcester and Northamptonshire, with the same person handling your account from first call to fixed problem.
We started SpencerMicro because too much IT support is either faceless call-centre scripts or expensive contracts full of things you don’t need. We wanted to do it differently: real advice from someone who actually knows your setup, fair pricing, and no pressure to buy anything you don’t need.
That approach hasn’t changed. Whether it’s keeping a small business network running, setting up Microsoft 365 properly, fixing a laptop that’s been driving you mad, or building a custom gaming PC, the goal is the same: sort it properly, explain it clearly, and be there next time you need us.
