Common questions
No; Microsoft's retention policies are not a true backup and won't protect you from accidental deletion, ransomware or a compromised account. We set up proper third-party backup.
Basic MFA is a good start, but conditional access and monitoring go a lot further. We can review what you've got and close any gaps.
